Back in 2008, Pogo released a Mix-And-Match badge for Spooky Slots called "2008 Halloween Limited Edition". I won this badge x50 and was convinced that it was part of my 11th Mix and Match album. However, before I could complete this album, Spooky Slots went back into hibernation and the badge was turned into a "SPECIAL EDITION" badge, meaning you could not activate it. No one got credit for doing this album in their Mix-And-Match. To complete the album, I had to finish a 21st badge. For me it was {Original Prankster} in Battle Phlinx.
Yesterday, {Original Prankster} was the last badge in the 11th album and the latest Mix badge was the eighth badge in the 18th album. Today, since the Spooky Slots badge can be selected again, all the Mix badges from {Original Prankster} through the last one in the last album moved on slot to the right. Given that I can finish the 18th album with the 12 Mix badges to be released, I am wondering what would happen if I only completed 11 of the 12 challenges before Spooky Slots goes back into hibernation. Would I get the Album badge, only to lose it when Spooky Slots went away? Would it not give me the Album badge until I finished the 12th challenge, giving me 21 total for the 18th album?
All this is my way of saying "Thanks for being consistently inconsistent, Pogo!" giggle2.gif
Also, to all the pinheads in Pogoland telling me it was ONLY a Special Edition badge.... tease.gif
The Game Book only shows the one badge for Spooky Slots. I think the person who thought it would be a great thing to add a rank badge every year got a new job somewhere. And after they went to all the trouble to update this game I am going to avoid this one til they add a badge. Here is my updated version of Really Spooky Slots:

I predict it will be like last year where they had one you purchased as an MnM with an inflated "holiday" price and another that they will have a 3 day one for the weekend of Halloween. No one ever mentioned if Sweet Tooth 2 has changed to a Halloween theme. Which other game did this?

I looked at one of my free accounts and saw that the Spooky Slots rank 10 badge shows up as not finished so if you started Pogo after they first placed that badge <b>NOW</b> is the time to get that badge cuz Spooky Slots is only out for weeks.
I have NO FLIPPIN' CLUE what you guys are talking about, (for those of you who know me well, this comes as no surprise) so to be on the safe side... I'm going to play Spooky Slots until Thanksgiving.

In Spooky Slots, you can get 10 ranks and ONE rank badge for achieving rank 10. However, Spooky Slots is only available for about 6 weeks each year. Therefore, you have to get it right away.

I don't know why pogo does not coming out with other holiday slots. Flaming Turkey wings for Thanksgiving or how about the Elf Bowling elves for Christmas Slots. You get three of those elves mooning you and you get the jackpot.

There was a 2008 Special Edition badge, called the 2008 Halloween Special Edition where you had to collect 31 coins in Spooky Slots. Halloween is October 31st, get it. It is a picture of three tombstones.
There was also a 2008 Limited Edition Mix and Match badge called 2008 Halloween Limited Edition. It is an amimated badge, starts out spooky green light emanating from a haunted house, then out pops Spike dressed up like a witch.
As a reminder, anytime you see a Limited Edition Mix and Match, you pretty much have 30 days to buy it from the time it was offered.

Then explain to me why people keep going to play this game for the entire time it is out? Its a dang slots game, no skill involved. I actually liked the old one with the cauldrons and spiders better than the new version with the flying UFO.
