Sorry, I don't know how to do it. I've heard that it's a nightmare because it alters drivers, etc. But a total uninstall/reinstall should take care of that.
You might end up taking it to a shop.

It took me awhile, but I finally got used to Vista. Still prefer XP, but I can live with it.

I just ordered my new computer and I have to pay $99 extra to have XP and not Vista!  Worth every penny if you ask me!!  They call it a downgrade!!  Funny too because I can upgrade free with this purchase the new windows 7 when it comes out!  I think I will wait a whiel for that too!

LOL!  I will let you know how good Win 7 is.....from what all I have heard (nothing but positive stuff), it is their best OS yet.  I should be receiving my Ultimate edition very soon!  impatience.gif

Great to hear about Windows 7!  I have a really stupid question too--I have Incredimail do I lose all my stored email addys  when I get my new computer?  Or if I just install it to the new one they will all be there as my addy is the same???

I ended up having to partition my computer in order to put XP onto my computer after I purchased my Vista one. That means I have half the computer available to me and why I can't double browse in either side. I would wait til Windows 7 is released and go that way before I would deal with it because it is always easier to bump up than step back.

Your addys and stuff are stored on the email server not your computer.....but just in case, you can always save or import your address book into a file and stick it on a flash drive or something.
