You can't. You can win them in a jackpot spin but your more likely to get hit by a car.

Only certain games seem to have gems in the spin but I don't know which games they are. I have won 5 gems twice in Bingo Luau but supposedly they are going to up the amt you win to 8 since you can't buy anything with only 5 gems.

I've won gems two or three times in spins. I can't remember which games I was playing. I probably got a total of 15 but I can't help feeling like at least one spin was 3 gems. Maybe that's just my imagination....
