At least let someone know what you were doing when this happened so they know which app crashed.

1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates

3. Defrag your pc
4. Reboot your pc
5. Redownload program again

Homer,didnt work....it still saying and doing same thing,ty for the cleanup thingy..now what?

you might have to reinstall windows there is nothing else I can suggest

you mean like reformat? this puter only 6 months old should I contact DELL to help me repair? coffee.gif

Yes, if your computer is under warranty, always contact the manufacturer before doing anything major. If you do something on your own and mess it up, you might void the warranty.

i did'nt leave on purpose I lost power girls18.gif......I am calling them today thank you everyone for your help
