1 - 8 oz pack Philly Cream Cheese
1 - 8 oz tub Cool Whip
1 - Cup Powdered Sugar
1/2 box or bag (approx) vanilla wafers
Put vanilla wafers in a zip lock bag and pound until crumbly. Pour them into an 8x8 pan
Mix cream cheese and cool whip in bowl with mixer until smooth
Add powdered sugar. Mix well
Add by tablespoons onto crust until all used
Gently smooth cream cheese mixture over vanilla wafer crust
Add topping of choice. I use Wilderness Cherry pie filling, but I've also used the blueberry and strawberry.
Always a favorite and very easy to make. Also very easy to double or triple etc.
