I redownloaded Mahjong Deluxe To Go and umm after I entered email & registration code, it was registered, but...... always a but, it asks for a name and not Pogo name and only shows Traditional & Garden Levels NOT Tower, there is no place that says Connect, I have deleted and redownload. Any idears anyone????

take a screen shot and post it, there should be a place to connect. I finished that game long ago so don't remember what or where it was...lol

I think you have a problem..I just downloaded and installed and when I ran the game it connected and needed my password. Are you sure you have the latest version? I think your version is old. Look at the different version #'s on top left of our pics.

I downloaded it from Pogo, and no patches were applied, any ideas?
I got mine off of US side...did you?
All I can say other then delete and redownload and reinstall is to click the change user button and enter your Pogo name and Password and see if that fixes it.
ok thank you am redownloading now and yes I have right game because it says in write up:
Play in Traditional, Garden or the new multi-player Tower Mode.
And yup on US side.

Ok I finally got right version downloaded, logged in under Pogo Name and connected, but when I entered Registration Code and email - it said not valid email or code grrrrrr - so I sent support message to Oberon Media and maybe next year they will contact me - and yes I checked Mahjong Games to make sure I had the right one :)
Guess I can whittle away at The Poppitt Show while I wait vomit.gif hysterical.gif

If you downloaded from another site besides Pogo.com downloads it will not have online play. Download the trial from pogo.com. Enter the subscription information you have. It should have the connect to online in those games. I reinstall my games I purchase all the time that way and they work. I got mahjong deluxe myself and it has it.
Edit: hysterical.gif I should of read more of the posts. You already found out what to do. Yes, the USA site has the correct download for online play.
