Homer, I am wonder how I can be sure an auto just one single auto is fully removed out of my computer so I can redownload it from the begining. Cause, I think just deleting it is not cutting it cause my TrivaKnowItAll still will not work. I think I can get it to fully remove from my computer and redownload it, it may work. For some reason when I deleted it last time it already took away that it was registered which I thought was odd. But, I can fix that if I can get it to work again. Thanks Teresa

Thanks so much Homer it worked perfect. I have had problem for quite some time it just stopped working a couple months ago and you gave me serveral ideas of what to do and nothing seemed to work so I gave up on it ever working again unless I got a new computer or had to reformat this one. But, the more I thought about it if I could clear it completely off the computer it would do the same thing and you telling me how to do that made it work again. Mine stopped working I dlelted the auto then searched the c drive and found the last folder deleted it and re downloaded and it has worked ever since
