Pinto Bean Casserole
Ingredients:
1 or 2 lbs ground beef
onion
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cans pinto beans w/onions (remove the pork)
cornbread mix
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cook ground beef and onions until done and drain. Then put in a casserole dish. Blend the sour cream, ketchup, and pinto beans,then pour on top of ground beef. Prepare the cornbread mix and pour on top. Then cook 25 - 30 minutes or until cornbread is golden brown.
