Ham & Spaghetti Alfredo
1/2-lb cooked ham, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
8-oz spaghetti
2 cups broccoli florets
1 jar (10-oz) light alfredo sauce
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Cook spaghetti according to directions. Add the broccoli
florets 2 minutes before spaghetti is done. Drain & keep warm.
Add the ham, Alfredo sauce & pepper flakes to a pan & heat
over medium heat about 1 minute. Return the spaghetti &
broccoli to the pan & toss to mix.
Spoon onto individual serving plates. Sprinkle with the
Parmesan cheese & freshly grated pepper.
This looks easy to make and pretty good.
