I have been trying to use flanks and it keeps telling me that the pixel format is invalid, can anyone tell me what i need to do to fix it?

never heard of that one

make sure you are using 1024x768

I have tried it on 1024 x 768 and also tried all the troubleshooting remedies but still getting the same message.

you will need to submit a tsr to BH
