I don't use any autos or anything like this. I play by hand. Whenever I play no matter what game it seems that the screen after a while will go black, and if it's a room with a lobby the lobby screen goes black. I have to resign back into it.
Yesterday I tried clearing out the Java cache. I emailed the very "helpful" pogo support and they mentioned that my updated java is interfering with my old java. Which there's only one java on my computer.
Does anyone have any advise for this? It started after pogo put that stupid black bar at the top and bottom of some of the games.
Oh and I've uninstalled and reinstalled java too.

It has never happened to me. But here are some more tips that might help.
Try a different browser. IE, FireFox or Google Chrome.

remove all versions of java reboot your pc and reinstall from www.java.com (http://www.java.com)
I would check the control panel for "Add / Remove" or "Programs and Features" (depends which OS you use) and uninstall all Java versions except for the latest one.
Also do this:
First install Java as explained above.
1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates

3. Defrag your pc
4. Reboot your pc
5. Redownload & Install Latest Java
