I am trying to rank out in Shuffle Bump and the program stops about 1/2hr. of playing. A pop-up window comes up and says (bunch of letters) has stopped working. Then I have to close the program. I have sent a screen shot to badge help and no response. I cannot send a TSR cause the pop-up window makes the program close. I am running Windows 7, and have even tried it on my laptop with Vista and same thing. I have even tried IE, Mozilla, and Chrome. I sent BH another e-mail telling them my problem and still no response...so discouraging... crying10.gif
1. Make sure you have ALL windows updates

3. Defrag your pc
4. Reboot your pc

That usually fixes the error make sure you delete the program first

I'm outta ideas. That usually does the trick.
Only other thing I can think of is to turn off everything else running in the background that isn't necessary

Well, I did the same thing to the laptop, defrag etc,etc,etc, and I still get the error. So I am guessing IT IS the program and not my pc's. I guess I will e-mail BH again and see what happens. Just wish I would get a yay or nay response from them. Happy Thanksgiving all indian.gif cook.gif
