I have used your autos for a long time and have never had a virus report every time I load a auto up to use i am getting this message
C:\Program Files\BADGEHELP\Splash.Dll Trojan.Generic.KD.53732 Quarantined 21/10/2010 1:28:45 PM I forgot to add it's the same one every time I load a auto I now have 19 of the same in my Quarantine.
I do a deep scan once a week and it does not find it I went looking to see if I could find it and nothing .If it was just 1 program doing it I would ignore it but it's all of them ....can you help me with this ?
katye
You are getting a false positive from the AV software. I believe the issue you are haing may be related to the BH splash screen which appears when opening autos. You can remove that by following the instructions below.
Please download this splash screen fix program. It is called SplashRemoval.exe
http://jackpotspin.com/SplashRemoval.exe (http://jackpotspin.com/SplashRemoval.exe)
Download it.
Run the program, this will change your settings for you so the splash screen will stop coming up
I downloaded it and it said it was already removed .

You'll have to turn off your AV then. The programs don't have viruses etc. Your software is giving you a false positive
I got rid of it and downloaded a new one and no false reports of a virus , I had that AV program from my internet service provider for a while and never had a problem until a few weeks ago. Thanks for the help just not sure what happen to that AV .
katye, I've used Norton for many years, and it started flagging BH programs early this past year. Thank God it gives you the option of choosing it as a "trusted site". I'd be more worried about your ISP and there so called "free" AV protection? I trust in BH, Homer, and the wisdom of many here often. Don't sweat the small stuff.......go get your badge and have a great holiday.
