Lindsay Lohan Will Be Charged with Felony

Lindsay Lohan will be charged with felony grand theft ... TMZ has learned.
Sources connected with the case tell TMZ the L.A. County District Attorney will file the case as early as Monday.
Lindsay is accused of stealing a $2,500 necklace from a Venice, CA jewelry store on January 22. Surveillance video from the store shows Lindsay with the necklace in question and there are photos of her wearing what appears to be the same necklace a week later.
If convicted ... Lindsay faces a maximum of three years in state prison.
Sources connected with Lindsay tell TMZ ... Lindsay says she'll fight the charge and she's sticking with her story that she took the jewelry on loan.
The case could also have a dramatic impact on her ongoing DUI case in Beverly Hills since she is currently on probation
She's already violated her terms of probation a number of times and managed to avoid jail or prison time. I'm beginning to wonder, short of slaughtering a bunch of people, if she'll ever do any time.
Her and Charlie Sheen..Both are way to good at dodging justice..If it was one of us doing all that b.s. we would already be doing time in jail..It's all about how much money you have and who your family is and who you know..Lindsey will walk again probably..or go back to rehab to avoid jail..Only the ones who slap the government face like Willie nelson or Wesley Snipes get jail..

Because she is a moron. Apparently there are many stories like this one starting to come out about Lindsay.

I love how her family is floating rumors that she is going to be the female lead in the new Superman movies. There is no way in hell they would cast her because she is uninsurable and could go to jail at any given moment due to her legal problems

Her lawyer is gonna try and get her off with a misdemeanor by saying the necklace is worth less than $950
Under California law, if the necklace is worth $950 or less, Lindsay could only be charged with petty theft, a misdemeanor. The maximum penalty is 6 months in L.A. County Jail -- and with jail overcrowding she's looking at a short stint.
I'm sick of celebrities being treated differently under the law. She has been in violation of probation more than once and should be made to serve ALL of her time plus any new time for these new charges.
Seems like all the judges she faces are ball-less..scared of pissing off the Hollywood crowd..She will never get another star role in a movie....She is a mess and needs to clean her act up before she is doing skits with Heath Ledger and River Phoenix..

Dina Lohan is busy with the rumors. Fox released a statement to the AP stating that despite rumors Lindsay Lohan is not being considered as a judge on Simon Cowell's new show "The X Factor"
What exactly would she be judging on the show? Contestants criminal backgrounds? Geez...enough with the rumors Dina. No one wants your daughter

The entire issue has become a sham and and a slap in the face to our justice system. None of the laws apply here. I see it as a marketing devise for a liberal media that is more concerned in cramming smut down our throats than supporting justice.
Latest word is that she's been ordered to either settle or go to trial. A trial would mean another year or two of freedom and media coverage while the world gathers and builds steam. What a joke.

For real !! It's all getting to be such a joke ! I am not making excuses for her by any means, but what can you expect from someone who has parents who just indulge her bad behaviors. Like when Lindsay wasn't suppose to be caught drinking or anything, and the night before court(I think it was) her "mommy" went out partying with her.
Simon Cowell is already saying his new show is going to knock American Idol right out of the ballpark....why the heck would he ever consider Lindsay as a judge? No way Dina..... we aren't all as stupid as you think we are ! It's just another way of getting Lindsay's name out there in the media.
