Black strip where file edit view favorites tools and help use to be.

Anyone know how I can fix this?

I want it back to normal so I can see the file edit view favorites tools and help.

Please help me so I can fix this.

Just 'right click' on an empty space (on the right side of any open tabs) and click on "Menu Bar".

Thanks Ken but I still have the bar just no words and it is all black.
