I am having a problem getting my other 150 page reset...   they reset the one under this name but not IamgrannyMaxima.   I purchased a new custom build laptop from dell a little over a year ago...  I had nothing but hades from it...  Dell replaced mother board twice, I had to send it to their depot once computer man out several times,  replaced the hard drive several times etc  .... I did have to have the page reset during that time but not as much because I could supplement with my old buy them all acct.    I  blew up and theyreplaced the computer this past April with a different kind.   I put in for  a page reset only on the granny page ... I never got it.    the granny email isn't my primary and I don't always log in and I NEVER check my mail from that site...  Well today I did because I am back to needing searchparty registered... I found an email from replace codes asking when dell replaced my computer (they sent the email back in May and I have not been logged in to that email in 3 mos) So today I found  old email from Dell telling me they were sending my replacement etc and sent a copy to replacecodes...    I tried telling them that I dont use the codes on two computers that I actually used two buy them alls on one computer.... I didn't want to write a book explaining what the problem has been....  as I am doing now because I know yall have so much $#!+  swear2.gif to deal with.  Hopefully you can fwd this to someone that can get this fixed....

All I can tell you is to use the email you purchased the $150 package from and in the subject line put $150 member. Then explain to them a little better then here what happened and let them know if you have 2 $150 memberships and make sure you ask them to reset the right one.

As for trying to use the codes on 2 different computers, you can't. If you constantly ask them to reset the page then they will most likely think you are using them on more than one computer.

I never have had a problem when I needed the page or just one auto reset on my 2 pages since I have 2 computers.

Yea I never had a problem in the past either... and they reset the crosstietruck...  np.   I just have a problem with the other...  I sent each of them under their prospective email accts...    Guess I should also ask them to open the page and look... In the past time I have only used 10.... would think if it was for more than one computer the entire page would be used?   Im not going to give up on them...    low blow.gif
