If you are referring to anything more than a 3 day pass there aren't any.
You can usually get a 3 day pass from a member who plays in the free game rooms. Just ask nicely in the Pogo chat box and I am sure someone will send you one.
But don't ask for a free pass here. Cause you won't get one. We like our privacy.
