I can't speak for every post you are talking about but in this instance you were very impatient about getting an answer to your question. We try to answer any questions in a timely matter but when members do not take the time to read things like the fiirst two posts concerning posting in technical help and you do not supply us with the necessary system info it makes answering your question very difficult.
There could be a variey of reasons your AA does not work but without providing us with the necessary info about your system you are unlikely to get an answer.
Also, it is generally considered bad netiquette to bump your own post.
Nothing personal, just trying to fill you in. ;)

what game is that auto for? I never tried it before
Alphabet Attack is the auto program for Word Whomp, it doesnt work for me either.
of course i read it.

That's cool but I can tell you that my AA version 3 works absolutely perfect. ;)
Make sure that smooth edges of screen fonts is NOT checked.

Right click on your desktop>Properties>Appearance>Effects>Smooth edges of screen fonts>click OK>click Apply (if it was checked)
Right click on MyComputer
click properties
click advanced tab
click on performance settings
scroll down and you'll see it.
That's assuming you are using XP as you have yet to provide any of the info requested.
That is why we ask people to post their system settings. Not every pc is running same OS etc.

I'm glad you got it working.
I still can't get mine to work. it says looking for game then gives up after a minute
I load game,then load AA3 I don't touch mouse/keyboard nothing after I load AA3

What game you trying are you trying to use this on it only works on WORD WHOMP not WORD WHOMP WHACKDOWN.
I just tried mine aa3,aa9, and freewhomp and they all work for me.

I really need a new monitor to try that as I only got a 13" monitor and if i enlarge to that SR everything would be sooo small I'm hoping that's all it is as I plan on getting a new monitor one of these days.
