Title: resetting my "You Bought Them All" page
Post by: REALITYwins on January 05, 2013, 12:46:50 PM
Greetings,

Who should I contact to have my "You bought them all ('passwords') page" reset ?  Also, is it necessary for me to include the 'link' to it that was previously provided ???

Had a major computer 'crash' AND hardware failure that necessitated an upgrade from Windows XP to Windows 8 and, as a result, currently using Internet Explorer & McAfee anti-virus.

Guess I already know this is gonna be fun... seeing how / IF the 'autos work' ..... have been playing some Pogo and have observed some 'extra' spacing in the Slots games windows;  and in Canasta, some 'cutting-off' of the left side of the table (including the "M" and the 'first card melded' in "My Melds").   panic button.gif

Try emailing badgehelp@aol.com and let them know what's going on.  Provide the URL address/link to your 150 page.  They will probably reset it for you.  Good luck.  Don't be surprised if you don't hear back right away from them.  Sometimes it takes a bit of time.

I believe you need to email replacecode@aol.com to have your 150 page reset.

cheerleading.gif  Badgehelp has already been pretty quick in getting back to me when I'v had to buy new autos and they have to be added to my 150 page. Also I had a pc crash and had to have them re-set my page. Infact, they have always been quick in getting back to me.  blink.gif
I'm sure you won't have to waid too long.

Thanx all   hi11.gif ,

Wrote to "replacecode" yesterday and page was re-set within about 10 minutes.

Think the FIRST 'issue' that needs addressing is my "Screen Resolution" -
both 'embedded' and 'non-embedded' games are showing extra (blank) spacing between the 'game area' & the 'chat area' AND extra blank spacing at the bottom of the 'window'.  With Canasta, the left-edge of the 'game area' is being 'cut-off'... thus, the "M" (in 'My Melds') AND the left-most / first card in the 'meld' are NOT being shown.

This 'new computer' was just a new Tower, with Windows 8 pre-installed - then my old/existing monitor, key board, mouse, speakers, microphone, etc were connected to it !!!

My present screen resolution IS 1440 X 900 -
the "Recommended"  (default ???) setting !

Jan 7th -  NOTE: I've tried several settings, including 1360X768;  1280X1024;  &  1280X800...
the 'extra blank spaces' remain in all settings !!!

Jan 8th NOTE: Using the 1024 X 768 resolution, the "cheats" / "autos" still aren't working -
just getting the "start 'game' message" AND "verify have most recent version of the auto" error messages !

Late Jan, further note: resolved the "extra blank spaces" in the game windows - seems that Windows 8 didn't recognize the old speakers (from around 2002) that I had hooked-up... replaced with a set of speakers (from around 2008) and the game windows displayed properly (WITHOUT the 'extra blank spaces between the 'game' & 'players list' areas !

Wasn't really expecting any 'success' with this !!!   no-no.gif
