I open RiskBuddy it tells me TRIAL EXPIRED so I purchased the Serial Number for 1 Year.
I go into Risk Buddy and click ENTER SERIAL NUMBER.
I enter the info. And as soon as I submit it says at bottom "Connecting to web server. please be patient".
But then a the box comes up saying it stopped working.
And says either to Debug or to Close Program.
I try to relaunch and it still says trial expired. Buy Now or Enter Serial Number.
I'm using Windows 8.1.
UAC Disabled didnt help.
Even disabled UAC in RegEdit too.

I've never used a PlayBuddy auto before so I'm not going to be much help to you. I'm sure someone will respond but, first, have you contacted PlayBuddy?
I am not sure why you would buy something when the free trial didn't give you jack. But I know that Windows 8.1 messed with my Badgewinner stuff so it might be how you open it. Try right clicking and run as administrator. But here is the link to go to PlayBuddy's contact for help with registration:

I used the trial it worked fine, I have UAC Disabled and still run it as administrator and no luck.
The trial worked, it just doesn't let me enter me serial to register it now.

In your original post you said you opened it and got an expired notice. Now you are saying that the trial period worked fine so I am a bit confused. But again .... here are the links you need for help:

Managed to get it registered. But now it's not detecting my game area. It clicks Play but that's it after the game loads it says waiting for game area and it doesn't detect it.
What did Playbuddy say when you told them?
To use the bug reporting to send a ticket in, so i did, and no response. So im back here.
