Title: Purchased Bingsearchbot at work computer, how do I use it at home?

Looks like it's tied up with computer hardware ID.  How do I use the registration info I purchased at 2nd computer? Thanks.

I have same issue, since I wiped my PC I have a new reg code.  Tried emailing support email and got a message has been delayed/SMTP error on it.  Box not working maybe?
