Badgehelp is not part of PogoCheats. You should go to their website and ask a question. Warning - I have been trying to get help via Badgehelp@aol.com for months to no avail. Their website or their Twitter acct is the only way to get them to notice you.
It's time we contact the Division of Consumer Affairs.
