I'm a bit confused about this so wondered if anyone else has had this happen to them.
It's only happened when I'm in Facebook. No other site, ONLY Facebook.
Just three times so far. And I'd say within the past month.
It only happens when watching one of their video's.
The video disappears and suddenly my screen turns totally black.
All data is now in large font with a clock counting down
And the only info I see informs me: Dumping to CRASH DUMP!!
I had Symantec (Norton) inside my computer thinking they could enlighten me
but they said as far as they could see everything was ok on my hard drive.
They did infer it might be a Microsoft Issue and gave me two telephone numbers..
(which I haven't called yet but will on Monday).
Any of this sound familiar to anyone????

Do you have "Auto-Play Videos" enabled on Facebook? If so, turn it off.

I've had this happen when I scroll down the newsfeed and there is multiple videos are starting / stopping.
If that doesn't solve the issue, make sure you have the latest version of adobe flash player installed.
