Title: Auto program "Helpers"
Post by: Mayhem on August 27, 2004, 01:46:52 PM
All of my helpers have been updated (except for MMHelper which I'm working on right now)

I changed the way it moves the mouse .. works a lot better now.
Also made some misc changes .. to keep them running smoothly.

I've also added a section in our downloads section (http://www.pogocheats.net/downloads.php) for all my helpers .. you can always download the latest version there.

LLHelper, NN2BHelper and the MoHelper have all been updated once again ...

Had a few requests for the helpers to detect the "Virtual Prize Screen" window that appears when you win a wallpaper and / or screensaver. That screen would stop the auto's dead in it's tracks ...

Also had a request not to close the window, just minimize it (for later viewing).

You can get the updated versions in our download (http://www.pogocheats.net/downloads.php) section.

thanks!

Don't worry .. i haven't forgotten about the MMHelper or the Freecell Helper.  :P

I just don't want to release MMHelper till it meets my expectations ..

I learned my lesson the first time ... It's a lil embarrassing to release a helper and have 3 updates for it the same day hehe

It's all good. :) Concentrating on something else anyway. ;) Thanks for your work on these. :) I am sure they are very time consuming.

Yes they are actually. I'm not using Macro Scheduler anymore so i have to re learn all the commands / structure.

I think i've got the hang of it now.

;D ;D   Mayhem.....congratulations on the latest update on MoHelper......I have had it on for 45 minutes and it is actually working.......only a teeny, tiny glitch.....it stopped on a tile 2-3 times and I had to click pause>start and it worked great again!!!!!   BEST  helper  for MoMatic so  far and I have tried them all!!!!  Cudos to you, young man.....keep up the good work!  Again,it works GREAT for my needs as I usually "babysit" my games anyhow.  But it does play for auto for awhile at least.  TYTYTYTYTYTYTYTYTYTY.......Keep up the good work. ;D ;D

thats weird ..

I have it so it clicks on the game board (on the 4 seasons symbol) every 30 seconds so it won't get stuck like that ..

Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will have another look at it tonight and hopefully get a fix out for that asap.

oh wait ...

Quoteit stopped on a tile 2-3 times and I had to click pause>start and it worked great again!!!!!

My helper does exactly that every 30 seconds as well .. have you tried waiting 1 min (when it gets stuck) to see if my helper will fix that for you?
Title: Re: Auto program "Helpers"
Post by: bumpers on August 30, 2004, 08:01:16 PM
Mayhem...No I did not try to wait...but I will try that.......it seems the longer I played tonight ....the more it got stuck period.........but tomorrow I will try it again and let it be for 1 minute to see if it gets itself going again......this always adds the extra time just gets really sticky all the time now.  Thanks for the suggestion. :)

Mayhem...I thought of another question.....which level are you using it with.....I play on medium......does playing on easy or difficult make any difference?  ???  Gonna go run MoHelper again.  thanks
Title: Re: Auto program "Helpers"
Post by: Mayhem on August 31, 2004, 12:49:55 PM
No, it doesn't matter what level its played on .. my helper wasn't designed to be level specific.

The auto itself works best on easy level.

Post by: bumpers on August 31, 2004, 04:06:11 PM
Thanks,Mayhem,I will try it on easy....cause on medium it just keeps sticking.....even waiting >than 1 minute.  The longer I run it the worse it sticks.  Will let you know how it acts on easy on puter.

???  Mayhem.......the game does not move down to the left lower corner...I was wrong....I had a senior moment....lol.  It just moves an itsy bitsy blink.........****SIGH*****   still not working  well even on easy...well it works but it does not add time every game...more like every other animal....one game I finished in 1minute 25 sec!   Then it just plain got stuck after clicking new game cause it could not solve puzzle and another pop up window came up stating:  Resetting this puzzle ot starting a new game will reset your score ...  with the choices below it saying....start new game....reset game......cancel.  I left it sit there for 5 min and it acted very confused...looking for tiles.....looking at waiting for game with mouse arrow darting between start and pop up box.  Hope this feedback helps.

I've just went through the code and i'm at a loss to what could be causing this problem ...

Is anyone having similar problems with it?

I tried running my helper with momatic. One problem. I guess because I still have freeware left the helper clicks on the register button and fouls everything up. So, I can't really test it right now. Gonna have to pull out the credit card and buy it. ;)

Glad it's working for you!!

QuoteI had to change my color setting from (default)blue to silver......so now the MoMatc helper works great......

Thank you for bringing that to my attention! I honestly didn't think that'd make a difference. (and i'm not sure why it does either lol)

I'm not grabbing any pixel colors from the desktop / window title bar or anything ..

I'll go back to my blue default theme and see what the differences are.

???  Mayhem and Homer,
Okkkkkkkkk....here is the latest on my Momatic helper........it keeps stopping now.......almost on every animal......I leave it be .....for up to 15 min then have to have to hit pause>start for every animal ...sometimes 6-7 x for the same animal to complete the animal.  What Java setting are you 2 using????????   I have nothing checked for sun java......and nothing checked under Microsoft vm........that is how I usually run all my autos and games except for a few.  My computer uses Microsoft as a default java....I read in another post about the canasta auto you instructed someone to check both sun java and JIT compiler.......so thought I better check with you on how you have your MoMatic helper set up......cause maybe that is the problem........I also checked "sticky computer" under options on the auto.

;D  Ok....Homer....I will try setting my Java like that and will let you know what happens......LOL.....I know yours works,Homer......LOL......I would like mine to work too....without babysitting it for every animal!!  Remember...Homer....you are computer litterate ...I am not!!! :-*   That is why I have so much trouble  *sigh*  but with your continued patience I am learning more!!!!  tytyty

;D   Homer.......it worked GREAT on those settings for about 1 and 1/2 hours......it would just stick on the animals it had trouble solving multiple times...ie    rat and rooster......I went thru animals almost twice......and on my second rooster it booted me out of room with the "cripes" error....telling me to empty my internet files...BTW...which I do a few times a day and clean my discs too.....and it said if that does not work then turn OFF JIT compiler......LOL...damned if I do and damned if I don't have it on.  I was also playing on easy........just wanted youse to know this FYI........I can live with it this until a new & better Mahjong auto comes out!

??? ???  IDEA......Mayhem,Homer,Bob,PogoCheats......would it possible for youse to post a locked topic on the settings to use for your autos and helpers............maybe under   trchnical help   that way all the info is in 1 central place on this forum to help those of us that are computer "challenged"?????????   Some of the info is located on your badgehelp.com but would help us more if it all was in one spot like here on this forum.....and then it can be updated as autos and helpers are changed and updated.  Most people come  to this forum LQQKING for help and central thread would be helpful....like the forum rules and things to read before posting.
