What does that mean i know what the words mean of course just don't know what they mean under the name or is what it says
and if so then why can banned people still post?
Unfortunately when members choose not to comply with the forum rules it is necessary for the admins to either ban a member or restrict their membership on the forum.
Banned pretty much is what it says. Means you are no longer welcome here and you no longer have access to the forum.
Restricted denies a member access to make changes to their member profile and to PM other members.

ok cool but i have seen people post on the forum when they have banned under there name.
Those posts were from before they were banned. ;)
