If Pogo is offering badges to just chat in their games, you know there's an issue. I really don't see anyone talking in the games anymore.
I remember the old days when chat was constantly scrolling. I'm sure people using mobile devices is part of the issue though.

I think they were slowing rolling them out, and is why you never got it right away.
