Last week many players were not able to login into their accounts. For those still having trouble accessing their account, you will need to reset your password and clear your browser cache.

If this does not resolve your issue, you'll need to reach out to EA Help and they'll assist you.

Once you click on the link you'll have the option to either chat or receive a phone call.
