Pogo has added 2 new cities, one extended stay city and 4 new badges in Jet Set Solitaire today.
These levels can be found in the Another Perfect Bay World Tour pack. Only players who have progressed far enough to unlock these cities can play the new levels.

I agree, they need to do something with that game. We'll probably see an update sometime this summer.
