There is a badge at Level 10, for sure. My first impressions were: it plays like Snowbird, with Tasks like Quinn's, I foresee a huge gem grab in order to win these daily rewards (like Sanctuary), the art is very cartoony.  I liked it well enough because it was easy, but I quit at Level 10 after I got the badge.  AND there is a dog!  Enough of these silly cats everywhere on Pogo - with all due respect to cat lovers, it was time.

And Pogo_Sconnie posted this:

Here is the FAQ for the Solitaire Home Story. We hope you all enjoy this new Solitaire Home Story game!

 How do bonus spins work?
A: Club Pogo players will get one bonus spin per day.

 How does a Joker work?
A: When using the Joker, a Joker flies from the Joker button to the top of the card pile. Any card with a value can be matched. When out of Jokers a green plus shows instead of the inventory number leading to the Joker Shop.

What does a Wrecking Ball do?
A: It removes all open (unblocked) board cards

What does the red notification call out?
A: That means you have a free gift waiting for you!

What daily events are happening on Solitaire Home Story?
Treasure Chest Monday - Small event rewarding the completion of a # of level with 5 different treasure chests.
Oscars Treats Tuesday - Small event regarding players completing levels in the first attempt
Golden Wheel Wednesday - Players can spin the Golden Wheel of Fortune for free by completing levels
First Try Friday - Small event rewarding players completing levels in the first attempt
House of Cards Weekend Event - An event where a player has to win multiple levels in a row in order to reach a reward.

I'm not crazy about all the storytelling you MUST get through.  The early games are easy but I fear craziness is in the future.

ETA: it's not saving the choices and work done.  I replaced the floor in the bedroom and in the next scene, the old, broken down floor was back.

Yeah, it looks like there are some bugs to be fixed in this game.

I noticed when I was picking the new floor, that of the three choices there was a free one.  That might be a tip for future "fixes" in the house.

I went in this morning and the wheel was there, and I got two spins for just dropping by.  It advised the next free spin would appear in 12 hours.  I just set myself up with my daily check list to go in at 8:30 for Yahtzee coins, Slots coins, and now free spins.  I might need "help". white flag.gif  help.gif

By the way it is not available to me. It must be on a soft launch. It is not even in my list of games under the solitaire games.

LOL, if cleaning my house were as easy as cleaning the game house, my house would sparkle 24/7.

I haven't played it too much, but from what I have seen so far it's alright. In a nutshell, you need to win games to collect stars to progress through the storyline.

There may be glitches in the game.  I get a wheel to spin each day and you can't miss it.  Also, there are gifts for playing that give you stars, coins and/or playing tokens (my name for it - they are the upper left blue things you pay to play each game).  Each of these are displayed as you play the game (golf solitaire) and win the stars, which allow you to advance and perform tasks within the house.  If you're not getting these things, there's a glitch somewhere.

That's really all there is to it.  It's not as bad as QA even if it is the same concept.  I've played a bit and am enjoying it.

Idk how many people play download games on their phones, but this game is essentially Lily's Garden and/or Penny & Flo, in terms of graphics and gameplay. Those are Match3 games, but the concept is eerily similar, as are the graphics.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not mad... I love those games. Although, Solitaire is not my strong suit.  undecided.gif

1500?!? Holy crow! I thought I was doing ok at 90ish, since I just found out about the game a few days ago! LOL

It's odd.. I don't typically like solitaire games, but I really enjoy this one, but I am SALTY that we have to "pay" to even play a level!!
Everything in the game is stupidly expensive. Even the amount of stars you have to spend for random upgrades to the house!! By the time you use up 5 energy to play 3 or 4 levels (even 5 on a lucky streak for me! LOL) you're only able to make 2 upgrades and have to wait forever to play again.
So the energy to play thing just kinda sticks in my craw because of all of that. Also, just because. Grrr.

Sorry. I'm done griping now. LOL
Congrats on the achievement! That is WILD!! :) <3

I just started playing this game.  I just got to chapter 6 I start on the living room.  I have enjoyed playing this and was looking to see if there were any cheats.  Haven't found any yet.  Does anyone know of any??  I saw there are over 1,000 levels.  I think I'm on 102.  I have a ways to go I guess.

The renovation aspect of Solitaire Home Story sounds really fun. It's like taking on a creative project while also enjoying the classic solitaire gameplay. I bet the decorating options will make it even more engaging. I'm looking forward to seeing how Alice's home turns out as I work through the levels!

The renovation and choosing furniture, etc. are fun for me but the game itself gets a little frustrating.  Not one of my favorites.  I hope you enjoy, though.

Hi,

I am on level 1494 of this game.  I am unable to move forward because I think that this level is unwinnable.  I have tried for the past four days and can only get halfway through the stack of cards. The board cards are, maybe, 60 while the deck has significantly fewer cards.  I have used my "help" options and I still can't get through the stack.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks so much,
Chris

I have a question, and you would think I would know the answer as I am over 500 levels played.

This is kind of sad, but what happens when your energy runs out?  Does it regenerate, do you have to buy some, to you have to wait until you win some from scrubbing floors and feeding the dog.  In real life, that last one never helps me get energy.

I am getting close to running out, and have another 100 club cards to find before the event is over.  Please and thank you!

Yes, it regenerates.  If you were to go to Zero energies, the next morning you would have more - sort of a daily allotment.  I'm not sure but you might get a new bolt of energy within a certain amount of time.  Anyway, you get more.
