How do you get a "Super Win"? I get "Outstanding" and "Wonderful" then it goes back to combo win.
I seem to recall SUPER being necessary for another challenge and it was slow in coming. I think you just have to play and be patient. If I'm wrong, sorry!

To get a super win, you need to win 20 times your bet. So if you bet 1,000, you need to win 20,000. The mini games counts towards that total.
