What anitvirus software you running?
Was it able to get the virus off of your system?
The missing dll file is most likely caused by the virus...
Whether it deleted the file, or when you ran your antivirus software it removed the dll file that the virus needed to run... So either way it could be what is causing the missing file pop-up...
I recomend trying to run a program called The Cleaner
http://www.moosoft.com/ (http://www.moosoft.com/)
It works EXTREMELY well in getting rid of trojan horses and worms.
I'm not much of a big fan of Norton antivirus. I've had better success with Macafee's antivirus scanner... If you are able to get on to the 'net with that computer though you should do a google search for an online virus scanner too...
http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=online+virus+scanner&btnG=Google+Search (http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=online+virus+scanner&btnG=Google+Search)
Try any of those free online virus scanners listed there... What can happen is that the virus can disable Norton or Macafee or whatever other virus scanner you have on your local (home) computer... But if you run the virus scan via the internet, there isn't any way for the virus to block itself from being found by the remote computer...
Hope this gives you some idea as to how to go about fixing your computer :)
Good luck
Also I just found the missing dll file that you would need to replace...
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?cnbabe (http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?cnbabe)
If you go there you can download that missing dll file and put it back into the place where you pop-up is telling you it's missing from...
Hope this really helps to solve your problem ;D

If you are running XP do system restore to a date when the pc was running fine. ;)
thanks for ure help but that cnbabe was a file from commonname witch is for spyware i just finally decided to delete cuz i was getting tired of it and it worked
Ok. Good to hear it's working again. You might consider downloading Spybot Search & Destroy or Adaware. Both of these programs will check your system for spyware and best of all they are free. :D
If you really try to use your computer responsibly, and know when to not click those crazy pop ups that look like windows system messages then you should be OK... Those kinds of ads though drive me nuts... Being a computer tech for 30,000 students can make you go crazy trying to deal with all the malware, spyware, and adaware... We have it happen all the time that people have SO much of that crap installed that with all the browser hijackers and redirects, computer's internet will just completely shut down... When it becomes a true pain in the ass is when those things make major registry changes... We've had it happen more times than not that the registry is destroyed so badly that the only real fix to go for is a reformat... :P IMO the true scum of the earth are those people that send out all the spam and popups... Ahhhhh... I need a drink now... Too worked up...
The only things I turn up are some minor tracking cookies. In my experience spyware usually comes from a program download. ;)
thats were most of them come from programs that have been downloaded
A lot of spyware comes in cookies, so you don't even need to download or click on anything to get them.
So just turn off cookies in your browser...
That's not hard to do...
I've never gotten anything bad from Pogo... And I use the download the programs function for Club P members...
I'm pretty fat... You'd better be careful.. :-)
well i got that beat...
I'm 5'7" @ a whopping 207lbs...
and I'd be totally down with wearing a diaper...
