Hey!!.. How is everyone??...
   I have a questiong when i run wcsolo it takes forever to finish a game  and sometimes it doesnt even worked before when i use it , it worked perfectly....

i already have this update..  with this update it goes slow i dont kno it could be my computer

I'd recommend you use the "Report a Problem" feature to let them know you are having problems.

if u want to update your auto you could just download it and it should work as registered i believe....

I used the new download and man I had that last badge in no time at all.  I sometimes sit and watch all the autos just because its fun or out of boredom or read chat anyway I like to play along with the autos too; I did so with this one but not much.  I went through those last countries in no time at all.  IE  XP same everything. I even used some differ brousers and got the same results.  Just a big ole hug for the ones that do the helpers and autos.  With the exception of canasta I cant seem to keep working. LOL   Getty but who cares  it will when I figure out the problem.   :-*

I dont do anything it just sits there then gives error Run-time error 380 Invalid property value. Any idea why its doing this?

just tried that Homer and it still does the same thing

I assume your using IE. It is working fine for me.

Yeah i forgot to mention that sorry IE 6 an all windows updates.

He won't get one from me. Mine works great. :)

My WCS 1.5 also does not work.  All of the previsions versions did. Basically the auto does nothing.  I dont see it trying to move cards or moving the mouse. I have WinXp and IE 6.  I have tried both versions of Java and still nothing.  Not sure if any of that info helps. 

P.S.  Thank goodness i didnt erase the previous version, lol

If you have a problem with version 1.5, the best action to take is to submit a problem report. The problem reports help us track down problems much, much faster.

I downloaded the free trial of this program and It worked great, I registered it this morning and now it wont work at all.. I cheked most of my other autos and they are all working fine.Any suggestions on what i can do to make it work or any ideas on why it would stop working after registering?

Comp info:

1) Operating system : Windows XP
2) Browser : Internet Explorer, AOL (will not work in either one)
3) Color setting : 32 bit
4) Screen resolution : 1024x768
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts : unchecked
6) What Java you are using : have mjvm running
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program : the program will come up but does not play the game at all  (it does not even start and then stop playing)

I forgot to add that I am also recieving a runtime error message and If i try to use the report problem function it tells me I am not connected to the internet and to try again although I am connected to the internet everytime.

I would love to submit a problem report but i get a runtime error when i try.   :'(

Try turning your hardware acceleration down 1 0r 2 clicks this helped me out also it seems to work best for me using Firefox and the newest Sun Java O0

K i tried turning the acceleration down and no change.  I'll just continue to use the 1.4 version and manually click the cites.  Not a big deal.  I'm sure they will find the problem and fix it at some point they always do!

I too am having trouble, downloaded update yesterday, and it worked like a dream, today, plays very slow and gets stuck, tried to send an error report, but keep getting message saying cant connect to internet.But I am online playing and typing this! Ran defrag,scan disc, cleaned temp files, still no luck.

I have the same problem, and get the same message.

i normally delete the game program in internet options and reboot if ihave progs with autos and 9/10 things are cool   8)

ok  if this helps any, I noticed that if I keep my mouse positioned down on the tool bar, it works great, otherwise, as soon as it moves itself up,it just gets stuck. The mouse tends to jump up on its own.

What version of WCS do you have?

K for mine(WCS1.5) it worked the very first time i used it but doesnt work now.  I wished it did something.....like at least make the mouse move.  I did get some sort of invalid parameter or something along those lines error.  It closed before i could read it.
Like I said before I still have 1.4 so i'm not to worried about but here are my specs.

Ok ive tried it with AOL Browser, IE. Netscape, Mozilla, FireFox. Tried Sun Java & Microsoft Java on each and it didnt work with any of the combos. I tried to send a error report but like the others it says im not connected to the net.

After playing for awhile, the auto stops playing :(

System Specs:

32 Bit Color
1024x768
IE 6
WCS 1.5

After I click "new game" it works ok.

One thing I have noticed on mine is if the deck runs out and it cant move the cards on the field it hangs it thinks there are still cards in the deck you can see the undo button flash as it trys to flip the cards. :)

I'm having the same problem as you WCS... as a fix for now, I just have MyMouse click New Game 30 minutes.  :)

HI, I am new to this. I was wondering anyone can tell me why, I am trying out the World Class auto, and it does not work so well. It sticks, mid way through a round. Is there a better option here? Thanks

Have you enabled "sticky computer" under the options tab in WCS auto?

i have the same problem too(hanging and clicking cards that can't be moved)... just letting you know..

mine works great im already have 2 badges and then am working on 3rd badge  got the pearl nothing like a girls best friend and its not pearls   diamonds  the biggest flirt getty lol   :-X

 :(  Yes,Homer,I have that checked........and my settings are the usual...I have posted them many times.....the other autos work for me....cept the dotbot only wins 1 game outa 5 then stops....grrrrrrrr

i have sticky computer checked also.. (whats that for anyway?  ???) it gets me about 6 stamps while i sleep :(

mine.. plays and plays but it stops when it finishes the deck on top,while there are decks on the middle cant explain lol, and it just stay there  it doesnt click new game like it should.....

Please turn off the sticky computer option. Do not turn it on unless you have established that your computer sticks. Otherwise, it can make a computer stick.

After you turn it off, you will have to shut down all copies of your browser and the auto and start over to tell whether it makes a difference.

Yeah, for some reason the newer version of WCS auto seems to be slower and gets stuck more??? Is this because of the scavenger hunt???

Hi Gandalf,

Even if you get the "Cannot connect to the internet" error message, you can copy and paste the text of the problem report into an email and send it to me. That would help a great deal.

i have also sent a problem report on version .105
ive tried everything,it hangs up if theres no cards in the deck left to play ,so the cards left on the board the program will not play.
is there a link to version 1.4?

What the hec is going on...i paid and registered for 1.5 last week(even though i had paid for the original ages ago it didnt recognize me for the upgrade i take it)...Now i just downloaded 2.0 it asked me to register AGAIN...NOT ONLY THAT but i went back and opened 1.5 and now that ones asking me to register again as well ???????????????  >:( >:( >:(

I never keep the emails after i register...theres never been a reason to before   :(

I had to put in my password again also.
No big deal, keep your e mails with the password.
Thats why they make e mail accounts where you can make folders, to keep important e mails.  O0

Well you should, just for this very reason.

I'm sure if you email Badge Help they can hopefully help you out.

Start saving them, at least print both the receipt and Password emails. You never know what will happen. 

Also with Wordz autos when ever you upgrade you need a new code.  The only way to get it is with proof that you bought the older version.

Same thing happened to me...what i dont understand is i thought once we bought the program it was ours....for it to be unregistered doesnt that mean that the program still interacts with badgehelp?and is that right or necessary?

Also when ever a new version comes out always re name the .exe file. 

Like:  WCSolo2.exe 

Add a number or letter, that way you have the older version in case the new version doesn't work.  This can be seen by the people that were asking for ver 1.4 when they overwrote it for Ver 1.5

i did that and my old version wont work for same reason...

I can understand your frustration but it does say on badgehelp's site to delete any old version first. ;) At least your running now. O0

Yes, but when the newer version doesn't work you are SOL.  I always keep and older version until I know the newer version works.

I'm not worried about the registration problem because I save all my emails ;) O0

WOW......WOW...WOW....this WCS 2 works like DY-NO-MITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!  No problems stcking,gets all the cards....goes like a Mack truck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  Wonderful job on this one boyzzzzzzzzzzzzz!!!

BUT......it loses its registration code every time I turn it off.....I have my registration code...but granny here is old and it is hard to see to type in all those letters and numbers. Anyone know of a fix out there for this out there?

We are currently working on an update to 2.0.

It seems that some of you out there keep losing your registration once you put your password in.

This is an error on our part and we are working hard on the fix. Hopefully this will be done today or tomorrow. Sorry about the inconvenience.
