I have the most updated version and all the window requirments and the proper setings, but it SILL wont work.... any ideas? ???

You gotta give us more info than that...

Browser
Java version
Display settings
and anything else you think might be helpfulll
Just saying it doesn't work, doesn't give us anything to go on...
