  :'(  :'(  :(    I had to reformat my hard drive & lost some of the software from this site. i sent plenty of e-mails & have gotton no response. i paid for these programs. :(

You need to send the full proof(s) of purchase for the software you purchased plus the new registration codes to BadgeHelp@aol.com, and Oscar will respond with the new passwords.

You can retrieve your proofs of purchase from paypal's transaction history. Login to paypal with the email address you used to make your purchase. Click History and search a date range that will include the purchase(s). When you find each purchase in the list of transactions, click beside it where it says Details.

Once the details page appears, you can use Edit->Select All and Edit->Copy to copy the proof of purchase to the clipboard. From
there you can paste it into the email to Oscar.

Do not forget to include your new registration codes and please verify your return email address is correct.

If you believe Oscar may not be receiving your emails for any reason, you may CC me from a non-AOL account and I will try to verify if there is a technical problem. However, I cannot accept email from AOL accounts. If necessary, Yahoo offers free email accounts.

Email requests without proof of purchase get ignored.
