Upload your image at:
https://www.imageshack.us/index.php
Copy the url into your forum profile information where it says I have my own pic.
Scroll to the bottom to save your profile changes and you are done.

You mean like a signature right?
To put the image in your signature you have to access your forum profile info and put the url between these tags (//) or you can just post the url and I'll do it for you.

If you want a picture in your signature you must put the url in the signature part of your profile.
You can put an image in the text of a message by posting the link with the image tags.
Example

No. You have to have a url first. Upload the image at imageshack.
