i reformatted hard drive and lost all helpers. so when i re downloaded them i cannot use the passwords. 3 emails to badgehelp with no response. any one have a suggestion.
Make sure you include the full proof(s) of purchase, the new registration codes and an explanation that you reformatted your hard drive and email your request to BadgeHelp@aol.com.
You can retrieve your proof(s) of purchase from paypal's transaction history. Login using the email address you used at the time of purchase. Click History and search a date range that will include the purchase(s).
Click beside each purchase in the list where it says Details. After the Details page appears, you can use Edit->Select All and Edit->Copy to copy the proof of purchase to the clipboard. From there, you can paste it into the email to Oscar.
