The reason I do not receive your emails is the firewall on my server blocks your ISP's IP address. When I tried to email you, I got an unrouteable domain error.

You cannot. I have opened up my firewall to let your ISP through, and the domain will not resolve. It looks like the problem is on your ISP's end or somewhere in the middle.
well i dont no what to do then Bob i got anew computer because my old one crashed i lost everything the code for my tri-peaks auto gone all i have is the email address of the person that sent me the code and my receipt number all i want is the code so i can work it again :'( please help me :'(
Did you pay using paypal? If so, you can retrieve your proof of purchase from paypal's transaction history. Make sure you include the Details page.
If did not pay using paypal, you will need to ask Oscar for instructions on how to retrieve your proof of payment.
No Bob i didn't i live in uk and just paid with credit card i got a email from badgehelp today asking for my receipt number hope this helps thank Bob for your help O0
