Title: Did not receive all my auto programs for $125.

Purchased the $125 package of 42 programs only received 17!!! Who can help me with this, I have emails on what I received with programs names and passwords. // only want what I payed for nothing more....

Did you give them all of the information they asked for? I have never had any problems. I am sure you will get the help you need very soon  :)

Just make sure you have sent them all the codes and then send them a copy of the reciept for that 125.00 transaction. I never had a problem with getting codes just a slow responce sometimes. Hope it helps.   O0

I was told not to send all codes in at once cause it was confusing and to test all the programs until they almost expired. Then send in as I need them, them because they keep records on what was purchased. I do have all there emails and  the transaction reciept.  They won't respond  Very dissappointed to be treated like this, $125 is alot of money. Only want what I payed for nothing more.

It's as simple as emailing me with the email address that you registered the 125 for.....I will look you up in my 125 database and confirm you are 125

I am really pleased at badgehelp. They always come through for me on all problems.  They rock there. Just keep up the good work guys.

Just a BIG thank you for following up on my programs and sending me the passwords. Is greatly appreciated and you are a man of your word. If anyone has problems give badgehelp time to check there records, and you stay cool...

I notice alot of people who say that they mailed BadgeHelp and registered a program and never got the password  are people who forget to send in the trial codes. Also, some do not have them added to their mail "safe lists" on programs like Hotmail and yahoo.

I always get great service and a speedy reply with my passwords from BadgeHelp, even over Christmas, during the Great Gambling Getaway! :)

So, make sure you put the trial codes in and also make sure to check your junk mail folders and then just give them time. They are entitled to eat, sleep, and potty. LOL   Maybe not in that order ::)

Thats not the case here but understand that could happen... Was a valid complaint and did get resolved so I'm a happy camper.  :)  Thanks

lol... you know what i like better than their service... the moderators are great... i love the hints of sarcasm, and the attitudes that they put forth, most companies dont give out sarcasm or get "rude" (as some would call it) but it works for them here, and it brings a great attitude to the company... once again, i will claim... you guys rock...

im still trying too get my auto i paid for still no response can someone plz tell me what the heck is up with these programs ,ever time i enter passwords in its readind errors come on its been almost a month and still nothing. :'( :'( :'(

Are you trying to say the password you received will not work? If that is the case perhaps you submitted the wrong registration code. This can be cleared up very easily. Email badgehelp@aol.com with your registration code (make sure there are no typos) and a fully copy of the details page from your paypal history and you will receive your code. :)
