Title: pogo billing

on 2/2/05 i gave pogo my credit card number and joined for one year. I received confirmation and acceptance. Now 2 weeks later, after being told  I was a member, that my card was declined.   I checked with my credit card co. and there wasnt any problems with it. I emailed pogo of this information, and now they tell me on the 20th i will lose all my badges if i dont rejoin. I have never been muted or banned. so I dont understand. Can you suggest anything?

I would cancel the first payment with the Credit card Company, and try to re-submit

Sometimes a glitch like that can happen, but I hope this eases your mind a bit about your badges.  :)

From the Club Pogo Help Center:

Badges - If I leave Club Pogo and come back, will I lose my badges?


   Worry not! Any belts or badges you earn during your membership on Club Pogo stay on your account. They're just not visible if your membership to Club Pogo is not active. If you have to leave for a month or even a year, when you come back all your badges, belts (PopFu) and veggies (Word Whomp Whackdown) will still be there.

Just make sure that when you come back that you re-activate your membership on the same account. If you register with a new account, we can't transfer your badges and so on to the other account. Essentially, you have to sign back up with the same screenname you used before.
