my auto isn't winning me any thing what can i do

The auto picks the numbers for you. There is no guarantee that it will pick winning numbers. It has no control at all over what numbers are drawn. It's purely luck of the draw.

Is it playing and not winning, or is it just not playing?

If you don't win, there's nothing you can do. Luck of the draw.

You have to open the KK and choose which option you want and click begin

ya thats why i dont like keno its a complete luck of the draw, p has a say in how many tokens u get   :(
