Try closing the room and try another. It's a pogo glitch. You should get your ranks back.

Now if you clicked the reset stats button your out of luck.

I doubt it. You can try though. I have never heard of anyone resetting their stats and pogo giving them back. They will likely tell you it's your own fault.
pogo will not give you your ranks back if you reset it but if you dident reset your stats then they will give them back to you

Ok, from experience, if you reset your stats, whether on accident or not, Pogo will not give you your ranks or progress back. You will have to start all over. That is because a pop-up window will come up asking you if you are sure you want to reset because you will lose all progress in the game. So, they figured they have warned you and you went ahead and did it anyway.
And for future reference, if it is Pogo's fault..this is what to expect: "Due to some server problems, many people have lost progress in one or more of their Club Pogo games. Unfortunately, there is no way for us to recover that information and apply it back into your account. We are extremely sorry about the problems you've experienced this week, and especially sorry about any progress you may have lost. We have been doing some maintenance to our servers, and we experienced some major problems."
