I cant open my desk folders, and show me a virus alert message the file is kernel32.dll is the virus and i cant delete this pls someone help me i dont know how i can fix my pc i use norton antivirus and dont detect the virus. :-\

In fact I found a forum where the talk about having to remove this virus. This page gives instructions.
