Make sure your receipt is copied and pasted in the email WITH THE TRANSACTION ID NUMBER

i am very very upset >:( i did not open a pay pal account but i went to your web site which gave you the option to use pay pal without opening a pay pal account noe i lost 2 keys and all i have is receipt numbers so your telling me i am out the money i sent copy of these receipt numbers to www.badgehelp@aol.com

You can't demand an upgrade without full proof of purchase. If you didn't hold on to that, you have no one to be upset with but yourself.
It's just like with any store. If you want to get a refund for something, for example, you need to have a receipt.
i have receipt number but you email from badgehelp wants the picture of cart showing item and that is not reght i neve receipts numbers from all my helpers
