Well i am totally lost as what to do here so maybe the experts can give me some advice. Me and my fiance made 2 screen names i have never used an auto on her name but have mine tons of times. She recently won a 50$ drawing in december. Now last month we had our internet shut off and got it back on the 2nd of this month. when we tried to log into her name it said her account was blocked to contact the customer service desk. since then i have contacted them via email and phone. Pogo_maul responded saying the account was banned for auto usage. she did however the day before yesterday recieve her check I am just wondering how we can get her account back since she hasnt done anything wrong. Everytime i call pogo they say they dont give phone support and send me to some site custhelp.ea.com and i am getting a big run around what can i do ?

Has she used any of the glitches?
i would respond or keep trying to contact them, just the fact they sent a check should say they dont really think you used an auto or you would have never recieved a check in the first place.
But cash the check first...
is it a full ban or just for 72 hours if they have ban u for good they will not give your account back we they didnt give my m8 back and he has never used an auto in is life all they siad was read the rules on autos thats all they said

permenant ban been since the second i been fighting with this
I guess pogo thinks they can act like a casino and kick you out for whatever reason whenever they want to. ???
if you use your brain you will never get banned at all

It was a spin....it could have been 20.00, was first week in Jan.
is pogo getting more diligent about autos? I didn't play at all between october and february. Started playing again and when picking personal challenges I found some of the badges that I KNEW I had won previously were taken away - needless to say I was annoyed.
2 weeks ago I won a GB Bayou badge, and the following week they took it away and I had spent HOURS on that badge. Grrrrr.
One of my pogo friends who I know uses auto just won '1 week free' in lottso. I didn't even know they had that prize. Basically a guest pass, lol. ::) I wonder if they will audit her acct. for that.

lol...if they do that then all of us who have a lengthy collection of screensavers and wallpapers are in trouble. ;D
Im starting to wonder if using an suto is even worth it if you only have what you gained taking away at the end?

Seems to me if you are using autos to win money or prizes, you should have them taken away. I think most of us use auto's as a way of advancing our badge collection, and not to scam money out of pogo.
