For those interested in auto refresh I just noticed my browser has an auto refresh feature on it. I can set the refresh rate anywhere from 10 seconds to 5 minutes. Check your browser maybe you have the feature also.
BTW, I use Crazy Browser.

Maybe a possible addon for yabb to allow you to set the intervel?
