I've down loaded a couple and NONE of them work. They just sit there. Tri-peaks doesn't move cards, Pino counter doesn't count. What could be the problem? The non-club downloads work just fine. Thanks! NINA

Please make sure to give as much information as you can when you have technical problems.
Here are some things that will help:
1) Operating system (Windows 98, 200, ME, XP etc)
2) Browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, AOL, Mozilla, Opera etc)
3) Color setting (24 bit, 32 bit etc)
4) Screen resolution (800x600, 1024x768)
5) Smooth edges of screen fonts checked or unchecked
6) What Java you are using
7) Is anything at all happening when you start the program
You get the idea the more information the better
1) Windows XP
2) MSN/IE
3) 32 bit
4) 800x600
5) Don't know
6) I have two listed in my Add/Remove programs...Java Runtime Enviornment Standard Edition v1.3.1 _02 and JRE v 1.4.1 _04. I don't know which one I use.
7) Nothing. It just sits there. As I said before, the non-Club Pogo programs work just fine. I only have a problem with Tri-Peaks and the Pino Counter. I've tried Pop-FU and Poppit too and they don't work either, but I'm just concerned with getting the two up and running (Tri and Pino) Thanx for your help! Nina
