Does Pogo send a reminder when your Club Pogo Membership is almost expired?
sometimes it does sometimes it doesn't. Last year I got an email. this year they just took it out on my credit card. Id check your account to see how much time pogo says you have left till it expires.
Well the thing is that I suddenly became a free user.
I can't get into Club Pogo at all.
I think someone squealed on me for cheating.
How do I see if it expired or I'm being punished.
I can't seem to find any links to email Pogo.
pogo has been goin down alot just try again to get in if someone told on you you would have gotten email i would think tellin you you where banned for 72 hours :)

as far as email I suggest you use the "ask a question" in the help section.

I've looked over the Ask A Question thing a few times already and it hasn't helped.
What happens when someone sends an abuse report against you?
I know most times Pogo doesn't usually do anything, but what happens when they do?
Last time my was blocked. Took me awhile to figure out it had expired. Once I paid them the account was restored in tact
I think they should warn people before it expires.
How hard can it be for them to send an automated email?
Alot of pay sites do that, at least in my experience.
it automatically tries to charge the card you used to pay for your account in the past. if that card is declined, then they give you a window of several days to update it, and you will get a message whenever you login to pogo. so if your club pogo membership did already expire, you probably would have had a warning message somehow
I'm not the one that paid for it because I don't have a Credit Card.
Would they have sent the notice to that person instead of me?
have you asked a question or only looked for an answer? there is a difference.
if you ask a question "wtf has happened to my account?" it goes to the tech support.
Where exactly do I type it?
I've only seen pull down menus in that section.
what ever email addy you have in pogo is who is gettin the emails about your acct..you can call them or go to ea and ask a question and they will answer in your stuff at ea and will send you an email so again what ever email addy you have in pogo is where they are goin to gl O0

Well it's my actual email that I use, so I'd be the one who would get the notice.
I tried typing "what happened to my account?" in Ask A Question, but nothing happened.
Should I phrase it differently?
after you ask question make sure you click sumit just ask and tell them where is your acct.. then your reply will be in your stuff at ea. gl O0 they will answer you and will send you email right after you sumit question..you can also call them for faster answer...

I did all that, but "My Stuff came up empty.
then i would call them asap when i had a problem i called and they fix it while i was on the phone with them O0

Hi a1der2no , have you ever received any type of email from pogo ? check your account in pogo and make sure your email addy is correct or make sure pogo's mail isn't going in your junk folder or that it isn't blocked from your email provider :) hope this helps ;)
I found out that the person that paid for it stopped payment.
I'm screwed until I can convince someone to buy it for me again.
they just took payment out of my account
She actually requested to stop the charges.
I don't have a Credit Card.
They accept debit cards also if you have one. :)

I remeber I did talk to pogo by phone once. My advice dont go there unless you have no other options

welll i got banned but i never got to read the e-mail till after the ban was over >:D because i couldnt get on ;D but it was nothing to do with using a cheat O0it was for typing a www site in a pogo room :o

I was banned once for 72 hours and they never sent me an email. It was quite a few years ago and I tracked it down through the help section. Apparently, a pogo spy was reading private chat and they didn't like what my friend and I were discussing, and believe me, it was not bad at all. Suggestive but definately not explicit!!! And in private chat too. Guess you never know when "big brother" is watching over your shoulder. Since then, I don't discuss ANYTHING in pogo chat. I have something to discuss not pertaining to Pogo, I use one of my messengers.
u never type www cheats in pogo chat urless u are using a guestpass ;D ::)
thpogo just takes it from your credit cardand you are still a member O0

I've made it well known by posting in my profile that my chat stays turned OFF. I don't care to read about Aunt Em's bursitis, who's bumping who, or whose house little Johnny burned down today...I DON'T CARE! Most of the time, people are complaing about stalkers, cheaters, or tokens...so if peep want to report me for saying in a BLUNT way that my chat is off...so be it. But...he real reason I posted that is to cover my anatomy if someone comes in, says hi, and I don't respond (for obvious reasons). >:D

I changed my profile a month or so ago to reflect the same thing........yesterday I was in a solitaire room by myself playing by hand mind you..and I went into kitchen for a few minutes and 2 people had come in and were refering to me as a few bad bad names because I didn't respond to them (it was uncensored room) lol when I can back I jumped back at them for acting like that and they proceded to tell me they were concerned about people using cheat programs lol

I very seldom chat with anyone unless it's family then i do private chat. most of the time i don't pay attention to what other people say. I also have favorite rms. that i play in, which are lucky for me.
