My personal survival kit consists of keeping my husband wrapped in blankets and setting the AC so the house stays below 32 degrees.
It is my experience that there is no such thing a survival from menopause but if they run out of these kits, I just discovered that burying a dead body in your back yard in Cali is only a misdemeanor.

If you mean how they got into the state of Cali, they don't, even if they arrive from the west. If you mean how they got into the state of decomp, they do and they prosecute.
