Some of these Free Items are not for Canadian Residents like myself... I have went to a few of the websites and you have to be a Resident of the United States to get the Free Samples....
So, at least they take the time to post them.

The first thing you should be doing is to read the "some restrictions apply" section which will let you know without all the grief that you do or do not qualify.
