I received an email requesting assistance for a new code for your copy of the Jigsaw Treasure Hunter program.
The reason you are not getting a response is because you have your aol email account set to only accept emails from specific people. I am unable to reply to you and I'm pretty sure BH is unable to as well. I'm hoping you will see this in the forum. Please change your email settings to allow emails from badgehelp@aol.com and replacecode@aol.com then try emailing them again.
